The rope does not recover:

This problem is sometimes caused by voltage instability, you can restart to see.

Don't pull the rope when restarting.

If it doesn't work, turn on the free training mode to see if there are any fault codes.

If there is no fault code, you need to open the machine to see if the internal cable is tangled.
